答：外籍患者可以像中国患者一样在网上提前预约2周的号源，持有永居证的外籍患者可直接在微信服务号注册建档，随即进行预约挂号。持有护照的外籍患者第一次需到指定服务窗口建档，建档后就可以通过手机预约挂号。

No! With Foreign Permanent Residence ID Card, you can also make an appointment within 2 weeks online.With a passport,however,you need to register at the designated service windows offline at the first time,and after that, you can make network appointment as well.

Network Appointment Process

1. 扫码关注“广州市第一人民医院”微信公众号。

Scan the wechat public account of "Guangzhou First people’s hospital".

2. 点击“门诊服务”，按步骤预约挂号。

Click “Outpatient services”, and make an appointment by step.

3. 依次选择预约科室、预约日期、预约医生。

Select department, time of visit and doctor in turn.

4. 添加就诊人个人信息。

Add patient's personal information.

5. 确认预约。
